We're hiring an Android Developer

We're looking for a developer to build Android and more with us at Bloco.

We don't have strict experience requirements, but here's our order of preference:

• 1-3 years of experience;
• Some Android development experience;
• Some Mobile development experience;
• Or any development work experience.

Role:

• Develop Android applications for clients;
• Advise clients on Android best practices;
• Help design Android apps;
• Build our own products;
• Write about technology and our projects;
• Possible organize community events and training workshops.

• Base monthly salary €1250 - €1750 (adjusted based on experience).

How would your week at Bloco be:

• Start on Monday with a breakfast weekly planning meeting;
• 4 days building Android apps for clients or on internal projects, with at least a senior engineer;
• Once a week we all go out for a team lunch;
• Finish the week by sharing what all team members have done and what we can improve next week.

Notes: This is not a full-remote position and we don’t have a relocation budget. At least half the time should be spent at our office in Coimbra.
